WaM Architecture is a specialist Planning practice and therefore has completed over 100 projects with GHA Trees ranging from simple extensions to works with blanket TPOs, Woodland orders, and complex sites with fundamental tree constrains. His pragmatic but robust technical approach sets clear development parameters and realistic limitations to developable area enabling a clear understanding of the constraints from the outset whilst also offering lateral solutions where possible in the face of LPA objection and challenge.
